Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active luck19 account at any time. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. luck19 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, luck19 reserves the right to merge or close accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their luck19 login credentials, including their password and any OTP verification codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. luck19 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password and enabling any available two-factor authentication options. Any activity conducted through your luck19 account is presumed to be authorised by you unless you report a security breach promptly to luck19 support.
luck19 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where:
An Account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. luck19 will notify the Player via their registered contact details before applying any inactivity policy. Any remaining balance in an inactive account will be held for a period of no less than twenty-four (24) months from the date of last activity, after which luck19 may treat the balance as unclaimed in accordance with applicable regulations.
luck19 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL direct bank transfer, UBL direct bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and general bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). luck19 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. luck19 is not responsible for any delays or failures caused by the Player's bank or payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. luck19 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit, subject to platform limits and verification requirements. Players must have a fully verified account before any withdrawal is processed. luck19 targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes stated in the platform's payment information section, subject to verification checks. luck19 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
Withdrawal Policy: Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Any withdrawal requested before wagering requirements are met will result in forfeiture of the outstanding bonus balance. Real-money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to identity verification.
luck19 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. luck19 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account at any time. Players must not use luck19 for any purpose that violates AML laws. Deposits must represent legally obtained funds. luck19 may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities without notice to the Player.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available through luck19 are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds credited to a luck19 account are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the promotion's landing page or in the Player's account notifications. Different games contribute to wagering requirements at different percentages — live casino games, slots, and sports bets may each carry different contribution rates. All bonuses have a defined validity period during which the wagering requirement must be completed. One Bonus Per Player: Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available once per Player, per household, and per IP address. Attempting to claim welcome offers multiple times constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds.
The availability of any game, betting market, or feature within luck19 may vary from time to time due to technical maintenance, regulatory requirements, or commercial decisions. luck19 does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of any specific game or market, including cricket betting markets, slot titles, live casino tables, Wheel, or Bombing Fishing categories.
luck19 reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any wager at its sole discretion, including bets placed that exceed prescribed maximum win limits, bets placed after the official suspension of a market, or bets placed on events where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being published.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a game or betting session, luck19 reserves the right to void the affected round or session and refund the staked amount to the Player's account. luck19 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of technical errors beyond its reasonable control. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, luck19's records shall be treated as conclusive unless there is clear and verifiable evidence of a system error.
luck19 applies platform-wide maximum bet limits across all game categories. By registering a luck19 account and accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

luck19 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the luck19 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players agree that any claims must be raised within twelve (12) months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims raised after this period may be time-barred at luck19's discretion.
